Warmachine: Protectorate of Menoth – Covenant of the Flame: Defenders of the Flame

The Warmachine: Protectorate of Menoth – Covenant of the Flame: Defenders of the Flame set is an entry point into the new Covenant of the Flame army, bringing the Protectorate of Menoth back to the battlefields of Warmachine under the leadership of Feora, Marshal of the Flameguard.

Feora leads a force built around the sacred flame of Menoth, combining the disciplined warriors of the Flameguard with powerful characters and a Crusader Heavy Warjack. Her abilities reinforce the faithful fighting alongside her, creating a force designed around units that support each other as they advance across the battlefield.

At the centre of the battlegroup is a Crusader Heavy Warjack, equipped in this set with the Venerable head, Blazing Star left arm and Flame Belcher right arm. Feora is joined by two character solos: Valeria, The Whisper of Death and Pyrrhus, Flameguard Commander. A unit of Flameguard Defenders completes the force and provides the Covenant with its dependable frontline infantry.

Defenders of the Flame is designed as a Command-level force, making it a natural starting point for players beginning a Covenant of the Flame army. The models also provide a foundation that can be expanded with additional Covenant units, warjacks and army boxes as you move towards larger Warmachine battles.
