Before entering battle, every Observer dons a sacred Oculus Helmet, a relic attuned to its wearer's spiritual resonance. Through this extraordinary artefact, the Observer perceives fragments of the immediate future, allowing incoming attacks to be anticipated before they happen and strikes to land with uncanny precision. Even half-devils struggle to resist the divine authority carried within the Observer's voice.
