MÖRK BORG is a rules-light apocalyptic fantasy tabletop roleplaying game set in a bleak world that is already dying. Players take the roles of lost souls, desperate adventurers and questionable characters searching for riches, redemption or simply another day of survival while the end of the world draws closer.

The Core Rulebook contains everything needed to play MÖRK BORG as a complete game. It introduces the setting and its doomed locations, character options, occult Powers, creatures and optional rules, while the Calendar of Nechrubel determines just how quickly the world approaches its inevitable end. Game Masters also get a collection of practical tables for generating adventures, dungeons, treasure and other suitably unpleasant discoveries.

The book also contains Rotblack Sludge, an introductory dungeon-crawl scenario set within a forgotten part of the Shadow King's ruined palace. This makes the Core Rulebook a starting point for a new MÖRK BORG group rather than simply a rule reference. The system can also be adapted for homebrew and is designed to be easily compatible with many editions of the world's largest roleplaying game.
