The Handler Team Charlie introduces a new generation of high-risk combat operatives to BLKOUT. These handlers operate outside conventional doctrine, blending human intuition with unstable machine-driven instincts to create operatives capable of adapting to rapidly shifting battlefields.

Designed for covert engagements and unpredictable tactical situations, Handler Team Charlie pushes combat into unfamiliar territory where speed, precision, and calculated chaos determine the outcome.

Human Precision Meets Fractured Machine Instinct

Handlers exist in the grey zone between stealth operations and open combat. Their presence can destabilize a battlefield, shifting a controlled engagement into something volatile and dangerous for both sides.

The Agent Handler operates as a stealth specialist armed with EMP-based weaponry capable of disrupting inorganics while deploying obscurants to maneuver through enemy lines. Alongside them operates the fragmented Keres Handler, represented by two aspects of the same fractured combat personality — the calculating Aegis Aspect and the aggressive Reaver Aspect, each embodying a different combat philosophy.
